How many time ?can i spend on a Bloon seat ?

The Bloon is a sitting device in its own right, so there's no limit to how long you can use it, from 30 minutes a day to 6 hours a day.

The Bloon has all the advantages of a gym ball, but none of the disadvantages. It stimulates your pelvis every second.

We recommend getting up at regular intervals and practicing a regular sporting activity, in addition to sitting on a Bloon!
