How much timecan I spend on a Bloon seat?

The Bloon is a seat in its own right, so there's no limit to how long you can use it, from 30 minutes a day to 6 hours a day.

The Bloon has all the advantages of a gym ball, but none of the disadvantages. It stimulates your pelvis every second.
