I bought a yoga ball first to make sure I would commit to sitting on a ball chair. I enjoyed it, but the yoga ball was very unsteady and too large.
I bought the Bloon Paris Original size Large seat recently, and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I love it.
It is super firm, and you do not sink into the ball. It is also very stable. I am a bigger-bodied, plus-size person, and the Bloon Paris ball still feels really sturdy and supportive. It forces me to sit with better posture, and it is more comfortable than a regular office chair. I have been sitting on it off-and-on for 5+ hours (I am a librarian, so I am up-and-down all day). It helps with tightness in my hips, too. Highly recommend for people of all shapes and sizes!
