Yes!

Feels good and even kinda fun

I struggle to sit at any computer. My careers have been mostly movement based; leading guests around the great capitals of Europe, teaching exercise classes, and even retail work, which is also on your feet. Sitting is not in my DNA, and neck, back, and knee stiffness make that even worse. This little seat keeps me moving, just a bit, makes it so that now, at 67 years old, I won’t be stooped over a desk. I can work my core and legs, and have a nice straight back. Thank you! Plus, it looks chic in my studio in the teal color. I highly recommend if chairs are not for you.
