I ORDERED THE REG FOR MY WIFE AND THE XL FOR MYSELF. THESE BALL CHAIRS ARE AWESOME. REALLY HELP WITH THE CORE AND POSTURE. AND THEY LOOK NICE AND NOT LIKE YOUR SITTING ON AN EXCERCISE OR YOGA BALL.
